Ingredients: Egg, Milk, Sugar (I have 0.75 cups of sugar), salt and vanillin, Vegetable oil, Flour, Kiwi, Butter, Sugar at the bottom of the mold, Baking powder, Powdered sugar
Cooking method:
We select the necessary ingredients. In a bowl, beat milk, sugar, vanilla, eggs with a whisk. Then add oil and mix.
Add flour and baking powder, mix well so that the dough is elastic. Spread a layer of oil evenly in a baking dish. Peel the kiwi and cut into circles. Put the kiwi in the form.
Pour batter on top of kiwi. Send the cake to the oven at 190 gr for 45-60 minutes. Focus on a dry toothpick. After that, let the finished pie cool slightly and carefully turn it upside down on a flat dish or a plate of a suitable size. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
