Turkey vegetable soup

Ingredients: Turkey drumsticks, water, potatoes, frozen or fresh peas, green beans, bay leaf, medium onions, medium carrots, turmeric, curry, pepper mixture, black peppercorn, Salt, oil for frying, fresh greenery

Cooking method:

Wash the turkey drumstick and place it in a pot of cold water.

Bring water to a boil. Next, you should cook the turkey for 40 minutes, removing the foam so that the broth is clear.

At the same time, finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. on medium fire.

We collect carrots on a large grater. Add it to the onions and fry them for another 3 minutes.

We cut potatoes. You can cut into strips, but in my family they prefer potatoes in half rings.

After 40 minutes, when the turkey drumstick is sufficiently cooked, add potatoes, beans, peas and fried onions and carrots. Salt, add bay leaf, pepper and other spices.

After 15 min. add herbs, cover with a lid and turn off the heat. Simmer the soup over low heat for another 10 minutes.
