Vareniki with potatoes and cheese

Ingredients: flour, warm water, egg, vegetable oil, salt, For filling, potatoes, hard cheese, onion, dill, parsley

Cooking method:

Add salt, egg and vegetable oil to warm water, stir everything together, and then add flour and knead a stiff dough. We send it in a package for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water. While the potatoes are cooking, finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown. Grate hard cheese. Greens finely cut. Mash potatoes and let cool slightly. Then add onion, cheese and herbs to it and mix well. Our stuffing is ready.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 2 mm and cut out with a glass circles (Or you can roll the dough into a sausage and cut into small pieces, and then each piece roll). On each circle we put a teaspoon with a slide of the filling, fasten the edges well. We cook our dumplings immediately or freeze.
