So, we need:
- chicken breast - I had 180 grams of baked breasts, which I finely chopped,
- easy cheese about 70 -80 grams.
- garlic dry,
- pita (cut into strips).
- to lubricate the yolk and sesame seeds for sprinkling - on request.
Preparation.
Chopped chicken breast (baked, fried in a nonstick skillet, boiled - take your pick) is mixed with grated cheese and garlic.
Then prepare pita stripes.
At each striped and put the stuffing, crush it and twisting triangles.
Our triangles put on a baking tray, grease yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it for 15 minutes at 180 ° C in an oven.
