I thought it would be an ordinary apple pie, but it turned out just incredibly delicious! Now I don’t feel like cooking any charlotte - this apple pie recipe with sour cream filling is my favorite at the moment.

Cooking:

Let's make the dough first. Mix sour cream and softened butter, add flour, baking powder and knead the dough. No salt or sugar needs to be added. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Then we roll out the dough according to the size of the form, lay it, pressing it to the sides of the form. Poke a few holes with a fork. It turned out the basis for the pie.

We put further chopped apples, and pour sour cream filling. For filling, mix sour cream, egg, sugar (you can also add vanilla sugar), a little flour.

Cook the pie in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Set the temperature to 180 degrees. Delicious, fragrant apple pie with sour cream filling is ready!

apples - 2-4 pieces depending on the size
eggs - 1 pc.
butter - 150g
sour cream - 100g in the dough + 300g in the filling
flour - 250g in the dough and 2 tbsp. into the fill
sugar - 150g
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
vanillin or vanilla sugar to taste
*cinnamon optional
vegetable oil for greasing the mold
