Baked apples with raisins and nuts on Calvados cream. Slightly acid old varieties of apples are suitable for this preparation. Ingredients: Boskop apples medium, Nut mix, Raisins, Acacia honey, Vanilla ice cream at will, Cherry sauce-syrup - at will or any other

Cooking method:

Soak raisins in any juice, if only for adults, then preferably with strong alcohol. if there is no juice, pour boiling water, if for adults - preferably with pronounced alcohol.

Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan, chop. Wash the apples and cut out the cores. Mix the nut mixture with honey, add to the apples. put raisins on top of the nuts and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Divide the baked apple between bowls and top each with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with syrup.

Nut mix. I used 50g hazelnuts + 50g walnuts + 50g almonds + 50g cashew nuts. Nuts are interchangeable.
