#fish dishes #lunch Once a week, a fish dish is a must in my family. Today I decided to diversify our favorite silver carp stewed in sour cream and cook it not in sour cream, but in onion sauce. It turned out very tasty, fragrant and juicy fish.
Ingredients: white fish fillet. I have silver carp, onion, vegetable oil, flour, breadcrumbs, butter, salt, ground black pepper, bay leaves, onion greens, dill, lemon juice
Cooking method:
Cut the fish fillet into pieces. Salt, pepper, water grows. oil. Sprinkle each piece with lemon juice. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least an hour. I usually do this procedure always in advance. For 2-3 hours.
Mix the flour with the breadcrumbs and roll the fish in them.
Put the pan on the stove, pour in the remaining vegetable oil and put the butter.
Onion cut into half rings.
Once the butter has melted add the onion.
Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, and then put the pieces of fish in the pan and fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
Pour in some water, close the lid and simmer for another 10-12 minutes. After the fish is a little stewed on one side, it must be turned over. Try for salt. Salt if necessary. Add bay leaf.
At the end of cooking, sprinkle with herbs and turn off the stove.
