Ingredients: broccoli, medium potatoes, onion, butter, slices of white bread (I have homemade ciabatta), garlic, cream, salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking method:
Put the vegetables in a saucepan and pour water so that it does not cover them a little (about 700 ml). Cook until done. Blend the contents of the saucepan with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour in the cream until the soup reaches your desired consistency.
Peel the onion, chop and fry in oil until golden brown. Add onion to saucepan. Salt, pepper, mix. Put the soup on the fire and warm it up, not bringing to a boil. Grate slices of bread with peeled garlic and fry in the remaining butter from the onion on both sides.
Pour the puree soup into bowls, add to each toast, season with black pepper.
