In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Friday - it's a day when I try to the maximum to complete all cases, the workers, and home to make the weekend for a family.

Let us remember that for a long time in the refrigerator is a jar of caviar, bought on the stock (and how could it be otherwise, all of the shares to buy - just a dream).

And so I wanted for breakfast yum-yum sandwich with caviar. And now, I have breakfast sandwiches on rye bread (60 g). Instead of butter used clotted cream (15 g, soft cheese - really liked me) .Nu and caviar (20 g) with fish paste (35 g).

After breakfast we went to work at the computer. And quietly peacefully finalized before snack.

After lunch, I ate a small apple 80 kcal.

For dinner I had the fish - 100 grams, fried in a nonstick frying pan, and vegetables (Mexican mix) - 120 gr.

Dinner turned on 250 kcal.

For a couple of hours before going to bed, I drank the yogurt (250 g) - 135 kcal.

Total accumulated per day 1185 kcal. Again, somehow not enough work. I do not hold up to 1300.
