Belyashi on kefir dough

Ingredients: kefir, egg, soda, salt, wheat flour, Stuffing: minced meat (pork + beef), onions, Salt, ground black pepper, Zira optional

Cooking method:

Prepare the required ingredients.

In kefir at room temperature, extinguish the soda, leave for 5 minutes. Add salt, egg and sifted flour. Knead soft dough.

Cover the dough and put it aside, but for now we will prepare the filling: peel the onion, finely chop in a stationary blender or in a meat grinder, combine with minced meat, salt, pepper, add zira (optional) and well mix.

Knead the dough well again and leave for 5 minutes. Next, divide the dough into 2 parts and roll each one separately, cut out circles, spread the filling 1 tsp each with a small hill of minced meat, form whites, leave a smaller hole in the middle!

Fry in vegetable oil, over low heat under a lid on both sides, so that the minced meat is cooked (first, be sure to fry the whites with a hole down)!
