I want to share with you a recipe for beetroot pate - gentle and sharp little.

Earlier, before okoloPP I loved boiled beets with garlic and mayonnaise... so yummy with black some bread.

And here is the recipe that you offer today, came to my liking.

We need:

  • boiled beet - about 200 grams,
  • boiled egg,
  • cheese - about 100 grams,
  • 2 small garlic cloves,
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • favorite greens.

preparation.

The first thing to do - to boil the beets and eggs.

And then just in a blender put all ingredients and mix well.

I used a blender, but pre-rubbed garlic and cheese (decided to be safe).

Salt and pepper to taste and add the finely chopped herbs.

I had no greenery and green onions, I did not add myself pate, just sprinkle on top of the sandwich.

As always, simple and delicious. The most difficult thing to wait when the boil beets.
