Jamie Oliver always pleasantly surprises with special combinations of products. I fell in love with the combination of peaches and cheese, especially if there is prosciutto or another raw smoked product. I'm sure gourmets will appreciate it. Let's cook?
Ingredients: Peach, Arugula or Mixlam, Mint, Parma Ham (Prosciutto), Mozzarella, Parmesan grated for sprinkling, For dressing:, half a lemon, olive oil, salt, Final topping:, balsamic cream
Cooking method:
For dressing, mix the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, add. We bake on a grill pan or on a grill peaches, which we cut in half and removed the bone.
We clean the peaches, leaving only the pulp of the fruit, which we pour over with sauce (a teaspoon for each fruit) and mix so that they are soaked. Arugula and mint leaves are also poured with a small amount of dressing and mix thoroughly.
We put a turret on the cheese (we wrap the arugula with ham), sprinkle with parmesan on top, which we rubbed on a very coarse grater or scraped with a knife on the shavings. And now the final touch is topping, literally 10 drops.
Let's start collecting snacks. We put peaches in the middle of the plate, put torn mozzarella on them (or, like mine, pearls in small balls).
