I am sharing with you a great way to cook delicious zucchini stuffed with minced meat. The most important thing in this dish is to prepare the right minced meat (chicken fillet + pork is optimal), as well as buy large-sized zucchini.

My zucchini is frozen, peeled and cut into slices of 1.5 -2.0 cm. Before stuffing, pre-thawed.
We are preparing the stuffing. Chicken fillet and pork, wash, cut into pieces, add chopped 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 egg, salt and spices for meat.
Chopped meat, onion, garlic and egg punch with a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Add meat spices and salt.
Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin slices or circles. Put on the bottom of the container for simmering.
Wash sweet bell pepper, peel and cut into strips. Put in a container on top of the carrots. Peel the garlic and onion, wash, chop and put in a container.
Next, lay out the zucchini (as in the photo), salt and stuff with minced meat.
Sprinkle everything with seasonings for vegetables, pour into a container of 50 gr. water, cover with foil and send to a preheated oven to 180⁰ for 35 minutes.
10 minutes before readiness, remove the foil and cover the filling with cheese.
Stuffed zucchini are ready. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise, if desired.
