Ingredients: For crumbs and cake, flour, butter, cocoa powder (take good quality !!), sugar, salt, filling, cottage cheese 9%!!, sugar, vanillin, eggs (I have large ones), sour cream 20%, potato starch (or 40 grams of corn), cherries (not necessarily!)
Cooking method:
CURD FILLING. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (preferably for airiness), add the remaining ingredients for the filling to the cottage cheese, mix. I added cherries right before I laid them out in the form. â €
CHIT. Combine all dry ingredients except oil in a bowl, stir to combine. The butter should be neither soft nor frozen, cut it into cubes, add to the dry mixture and make crumbs with your hands. Who has a mixer with a paddle attachment, you can of course use it)
Line the bottom of the mold with parchment. Divide the chocolate chips into 1/3 and 2/3 parts. Put 2/3 of the part into the mold and spread the crumbs over the mold with your hands, forming the bottom and sides of the cake.
Put the curd mass on the formed chocolate base of the pie, spread it on the curd mass, put the remaining 1/3 of the crumbs on top, carefully with a tablespoon! smooth out.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180C for 60 minutes. Everyone is guided by their own oven 👆 Let the finished pie cool and cool for a couple of hours, and preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Bon appetit wishes you #light_cook 🤗
