Cooking method:

Boil rice for 3 minutes. from the moment of boiling. Switch off and leave for another 15 minutes. Then we combine minced meat, rice, grated garlic, season with salt and ground hot pepper. We mix, for plasticity we slightly beat off.

With wet palms, roll into balls of the same size, slightly larger than a chicken egg. At the same time, fry coarsely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil for two to three minutes, add tomato paste and mix.

We turn on the kettle. We shift the vegetables to one side, put the meatballs, first on one side of the pan, put the fried vegetables on top, then on the other. Fill the meatballs with boiling water.

Bring to a boil, salt, pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. then turn over and then continue to simmer until cooked through for 15-20 minutes. 3-5 minutes before readiness, add a teaspoon of flour with top, mixed in 50 gr. warm water. Bon Appetit! Our family loves these meatballs.
