Ingredients:

Now pancakes fried in vegetable oil on both sides. Hepatic mass lay out the pan with a spoon or small ladle - so it's best. Finished pancakes spread on paper towels to oil absorbed.

It is the turn to cook cream sauce (by the way, it can be done in advance). So, in a bowl mix a few tablespoons of sour cream, 3-4 cloves of garlic and chopped herbs. Add a pinch of salt and all the sauce is ready.
