Ingredients: flour, kefir, sour cream, eggs, soda (or 2 tsp baking powder), salt, any chicken parts, rice, dill, onion

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken (salt the broth), remove the meat from the bones. Send rice to boiling salted water, cook for 5 minutes, put on a sieve. Finely chop the onion and fry until soft in plum oil. Then send chicken meat to the pan, fry a little, let it soak in a creamy taste. Cool the chicken with onions, add rice, dill, pepper and add a little salt. But try the salt, everyone has different tastes.

For the dough, beat eggs with salt with a whisk, add kefir and sour cream, mix thoroughly. All ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix the flour with soda, sift to the liquid mass, mix again so that there are no lumps. The dough should be as thick as pancakes. Let it stand for 20 minutes so that the soda reacts with kefir, the dough will bubble.

Grease a detachable form (I have 22 cm) with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Pour half of the dough, lay out the filling, pour the second half of the dough on top.

Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, look at the browning. Spread hot pie with butter.

Cool and take out of the mold.
