Honey cake " Heart"

Ingredients: For dough:, honey, butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, For cream:, curd cheese, heavy cream (at least 33% fat content), powdered sugar, To decorate:, berries, truffles and cookies

Cooking method:

Whisk eggs with sugar.

Pour in the melted butter and continue to stir.

Then honey.

Gradually add flour and knead the dough.

The finished dough will be slightly sticky to your hands. Wrap in cling film or bag and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking cakes. We divide the dough into three parts.

Roll out each piece on baking paper about half a centimeter thick.

We apply a stencil cut out of paper and circle the outline with a knife.

From the leftovers, cut out small hearts for decorating the cake.

We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until a light blush.

Cooking cream. Mix cheese, cream and powdered sugar until stable peaks.

We collect the cake. We lay one cake on a dish or substrate. Decorate with cream using a pastry bag.

Cover with the next layer. Decorate again with cream.

With the third cake we do the same.

Decorate with prepared sweets.

We send the finished cake to the refrigerator for several hours to soak the cakes.
