Ingredients: Beans (weight is given in the dry form of the product), Chicken leg (chicken drumstick), Tomato paste, Onion, Garlic, Soy sauce, Black pepper, Oregano, Vegetable oil (for frying), Chili pepper (fresh, small), Salt, Dill
Cooking method:
Red beans (dry) should be sorted out and be sure to soak for 8-12 hours (overnight). After soaking, drain the water, fill the pot with beans with fresh water.
Put the pot of beans on the stove. As soon as the water boils, remove the resulting foam. Boil beans for 2-3 hours.
After 1.5 hours, check the beans so that they do not turn into porridge. During cooking, the beans do not need to be salted, otherwise the product will be tough. Rinse cooked beans under running water.
Peel the garlic and onion. Cut the onion into rings, and chop the garlic with a knife. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry onion and garlic until golden. Remove vegetables from skillet to a bowl.
Wash chicken thighs, pat dry with paper towels. If you use chicken fillet, cut it into thin strips, so the fillet will fry faster.
Send chicken pieces to the oil heated in a frying pan, fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Then add spices, tomato paste, soy sauce. Pepper and salt to taste.
Add beans and fried onions to the pan with the finished chicken, mix everything thoroughly. Taste, add more salt and pepper if needed.
Sprinkle the finished beans with chicken with finely chopped dill.
