This is probably the easiest apple pie recipe I know. It turns out incredible - tender, airy, with pieces of fragrant and juicy apples. This apple pie is perfect for every day with tea. It is so delicious that it disappears almost instantly.
Preparing this charlotte is very simple and always turns out for everyone. You only need four of the most common ingredients. If desired, cinnamon can be added to apples, and vanilla sugar can be added to the dough. Also, such a pie can be baked not only with apples, but also with other fruits. For example, it turns out very tasty with pears, plums, cherries.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 120 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • apples - 3 pcs. (medium size)

Step by step recipe

1. First, prepare the dough for the biscuit.
To do this, take 4 eggs and divide them into protein and yolk.
Start beating egg whites, gradually adding sugar. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks.

2. Add the egg yolks one at a time to the egg whites while continuing to beat. Whisk everything until smooth.

3. We introduce the flour sifted through a sieve into the egg mixture in two or three approaches. We mix the dough for a short time and at the lowest speed of the mixer, and if you are afraid that the dough will settle, then mix with a spatula.

4. Now let's prepare the apples. They need to be cleaned and cut into small pieces.

5. We spread half of the dough in a baking dish, in which the bottom is previously covered with parchment paper. The diameter of my mold is 20 cm.
Lay the sliced ​​apples on top of the dough.

6. Pour the remaining batter over the apples. Flatten the dough all over the top.

7. We put the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

8. We wait until the biscuit with apples cools down, and only after that we take it out of the mold.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar and serve.

The sponge cake with apples turned out to be very soft, airy and tasty. Such a pie can be prepared not only with apples, but also with other berries or fruits that you have available.
