Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 40 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
That's all you ask - as I do not get bored sandwiches. There are rare cases when you do not want them. Especially when there is a delicious ovyasno and banana muffin with cherry. Without grams of sugar! In my opinion the perfect replacement porridge for breakfast. And this time, all my muffin! And constantly my family ate it, I accrue to the entire piece. Even they had to bake a separate snacks).
So, for breakfast I have today cupcake with cherries (135 g) and cheese (35 g)
Green tea capsule of omega - 3 and forth to work!
Breakfast came on 335 kcal.
In operation it has been undershot apple (110 g) and kiwi (80 c). snack on 100 kcal.
My dinner today is sufficiently dense. Last platter soup with lentils, potatoes and chicken meatballs (350 g) and a salad with chicken breast, beans, pickles and potatoes. Salad filled teaspoon sour cream 10%.
Lunch pulled as much as 500 kcal.
At some point during the day I remember that chocolate eaten 75% for tea at work - 100 kcal.
And get a light dinner - salad vegetables of tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, seasoned with a teaspoon of sour cream 10%.
Total dinner turned 70 kcal.
In just a few hours before bedtime, I ate a can of soft cottage cheese (120 gr) - 90 kcal.
Per day - 1195 kcal and the rate of the water master.
