An incredibly simple cracker for tea in 15 minutes turns out to be tender, crispy and very tasty.
Such a cracker with seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds will be a great snack or addition to cheese or wine.
It is convenient to take it with you to nature, work - anywhere. And this cracker is simply adored by children.
What is important, unlike store-bought counterparts, these cookies have a “clean” and natural composition.

Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 200 g
- milk - 150 ml
- corn flour - 100 g
- flax seeds - 4 tbsp. l.
- sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- baking powder for dough - 1 tsp. l.
- salt - 1 tsp. l.
- sugar - 1 tsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. In a bowl, pour 200 g of wheat flour, 100 g of corn flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp. salt.
We mix everything with a spoon.
2. Pour 4 tbsp into the dry mixture. l. sunflower oil.
Here we add 150 ml of milk.
Knead the dough first with a spoon and then with your hands. The dough should be smooth and not sticky to your hands.
If the dough is very sticky, you can add a little more wheat flour.
3. In the almost ready dough, add 4 tbsp. l. flax seeds.
We mix everything until smooth.
Also, such a cracker can be prepared with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or nuts.
4. Roll out the finished dough into a rectangular sheet, lightly dusting the mat with flour.
Roll out the dough as thin as possible. The thickness of the dough should be no more than 2 mm, then the cracker will turn out delicious and crispy.
Cut the rolled out dough into squares about 4 by 4 cm.
5. We transfer the finished squares to a baking sheet covered with Teflon or parchment paper.
We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
Homemade cracker turned out very tasty, crispy and appetizing.
For a large family, bake at least 2 servings at once. Kids just love this cracker.
