Soy sprout salad is a very tasty and easy Korean style salad. The salad does not contain mayonnaise, sour cream, so the salad contains a minimum of calories. Soy sprouts are not subjected to heat treatment, so the salad is also useful, as it retains all the beneficial substances.
Ingredients: - Sprouted soy, - Garlic, - Coriander, - Rice vinegar 3%, - Soy sauce, - Sesame oil, - Black pepper, - Hot pepper
Cooking method:
Wash soybean sprouts in cold water. Pour boiling water over them and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain the water. Squeeze garlic through a garlic press into the center, add ground coriander. Heat sesame oil on the stove in a saucepan or frying pan (can be replaced with refined vegetable oil). Pour this oil into the soy directly onto the garlic.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, black and hot peppers. Mix. To cover with a lid. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Can be served instead of salad. A very good addition to meat and fish dishes. If you are on a diet, then this is a great dinner.
