Chicken breast pastrami - in a hurry. Ready in minutes, and it turns out incredibly tender and juicy. It cooks in the microwave in 12 minutes 🤤 Of course, ideally, it is advisable to marinate the meat in salted water, at least for an hour... But when there is no time at all, this recipe is just a godsend👍

Chicken breast pastrami in the microwave

Ingredients: Chicken breast fillet, Salt, Ground black pepper, Hot red pepper, Paprika, Turmeric, Vegetable oil, Garlic or dried garlic 0.5 tsp. l

Cooking method:

Remove the skin from the chicken breast, cut off the bones and remove the fat.

Prepare the dressing: Mix vegetable oil and all spices in a bowl.

Thoroughly rub the fillet with dressing and place in a baking sleeve. Do not forget to make a few punctures in the sleeve to release air.

We send it to the microwave for 12 minutes at a power of 500 w. Let cool completely and cut.
