Ingredients: small chicken breasts, cheddar cheese (you can use any to melt), eggs, flour, salt, pepper, curry seasoning or any spices to your taste, butter vegetable for frying, Sauce: boiled water, mayonnaise or sour cream or yogurt, fresh spinach or frozen cube, dill, flour, you can small chopped clove add garlic
Cooking method:
We take the chicken breast and cut it horizontally along the entire length into thin fillets and cut each fillet in half so that our rolls are like a finger and are better fried inside. Lightly beat off our pieces, they will be juicier and softer and it will be easier to wrap them into rolls. We take the cheese and cut it into small sticks so that you can wrap it in our chicken pieces. My cheese was already cut for sandwiches, and then I cut it into such smaller ribbons.
Now rub each piece of breast with spices, salt to taste and set aside. We take the flour in a separate plate and break the eggs into another, shake them with a fork or whisk, lightly salt. We take a piece of chicken, put a piece of cheese in it, wrap it, roll it in flour, then in an egg and again in flour, and so on with all the pieces. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and over moderate heat, fry our rolls on all sides until cooked so that they are fried and inside are not raw.
Sauce: Take a saucepan, mix all the ingredients flour, yogurt, water, salt. taste. Stir with a whisk so that there are no flour lumps. We take spinach, if fresh, cut it finely and add to the mixture, if you have chopped and frozen, also add to the mixture without defrosting, and chopped dill. We put on fire and stirring, bring to a thickening, let it boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring. At the end, add garlic if desired. These rolls go very well with this sauce. Bon Appetit.
