I have been looking for a recipe for a quick, simple, tender and most importantly delicious cupcake for so long! 🥧 And so, I found it! This recipe is now my favorite. 👍 ➡️Sharing the recipe! Be sure to try baking and you definitely won't regret it!😉
Ingredients: Eggs, granulated sugar, salt, vegetable oil, milk, lemon, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar for decoration
Cooking method:
Let's prepare all the ingredients.
Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat until fluffy foam.
Add milk, butter, juice and lemon zest. Whisk until smooth.
Gradually add flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth. The dough is liquid.
Pour the dough into a 20-22 cm mold. lined with parchment. I greased the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30-35 minutes. Readiness to check with a skewer.
The cooled cupcake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or to your taste!
