Ingredients: Wheat flour, Chicken egg, Kefir, Coconut milk, Salts, Vanillin, Sugar, Sunflower oil, Soda, Cream, Cottage cheese, Butter, Powdered sugar (to taste), Coconut for decoration, any berries, you can sprinkle with cocoa or grated chocolate

Cooking method:

Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, soda, vanillin, a pinch of salt.

Pour in coconut milk. Mix everything well with a whisk.

Cooking cream. I interrupt the cottage cheese with a blender so that it becomes homogeneous, without grains.

Let the pancakes cool down. And we begin to collect the cake. To do this, simply grease each pancake with a layer of cream, stacking them on top of each other. Leave a little cream for the sides and top. Decorate as you wish! I have shredded coconut and frozen cherries. Let the cake rest in the refrigerator before serving.
