The recipe was told to me a long time ago by my mother, I changed it a little to suit the tastes of our large family. My husband really likes it, because it looks beautiful, tasty and easy, the food is not heavy.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, Water, Olive Oil, Mustard, Sesame, Salt, Black Pepper, Egg, Cheese, Sour Cream, Italian Herbs
Cooking method:
We wash the whole cabbage, dry it with a towel, cut off the lower leaves. It is better to leave the stalk, it is convenient to take a head of cabbage for it.
We put a pot of water on the fire. We put a head of cabbage in it so that the water covers it. We salt a little.
While the cabbage boils, prepare the mixture for coating the cabbage. We mix the egg, sour cream, olive oil, sesame, mustard, pepper, salt, herbs, and 2/3 of the cheese grated on a fine grater. Beat the mixture with a fork for about 2-3 minutes.
Cook cabbage after boiling for 10 minutes. Take out and put in a baking dish with the stump up.
We grease 1/4 of the cabbage mixture from below, we try to get a little between the inflorescences. Then we turn the cabbage over and grease it whole.
Place in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. at a temperature of 180 C. Then we get it.
Sprinkle immediately with the remaining grated cheese. We wait for the cheese to melt a little and serve it on the table.
