Ingredients: flour, eggs (one for greasing the buns), butter, kefir, vinegar, sugar, Vanillin, dry yeast, stuffing, cinnamon, sugar
Cooking method:
Cooking dough. All ingredients must be warm.
Put a teaspoon of sugar in a shiver and pour 150 ml of warm water. And mix well. Set aside for yeast to bloom.
Whisk eggs with sugar. Pour in warm kefir, add vanilla and beat thoroughly with a whisk.
Pour the yeast into the mixture. We put half a teaspoon of vinegar.
Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough.
Now add the softened butter to the dough.
You need to knead for a long time. 10 minutes.
The dough is soft and doesn't stick to your hands.
Wrap the dough and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Mix sugar with cinnamon. Melt the butter to grease the buns.
An hour later, the dough is ready. Knead lightly and transfer the dough to a table lightly sprinkled with flour.
Divide into about 18, 20 pieces and roll up the koloboks.
Roll them out thinly, about 4.5 cm.
Lubricate with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
We twist the roll and bend on both sides down to half and cut along the edges. It turns out the shape of a butterfly.
Cover the buns and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Lubricate the buns with an egg and bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
