Salad "FOR THE LOVED" - with crab sticks and beets, with the addition of sausage cheese, you can cook for a family dinner, and you are not ashamed to serve guests, because it has a rich bright taste. Usually I make it in the traditional form, but today, as an option, I will cook it in the form of a heart. #valentines #salad #snack
Ingredients: boiled beets (large), boiled carrots, sausage cheese, crab sticks, garlic, salt, mayonnaise, nuts
Cooking method:
Grate the beets on a coarse grater and put in a sieve to drain excess liquid. Carrots, cheese and crab sticks also grate on a coarse grater. In mayonnaise (I make it myself), add grated garlic clove and stir. Put carrots in the first layer. Personally, I make one layer of carrots, because I don’t like it to be a lot, and all other products - two layers each. You do as you please.
Apply a mesh of mayonnaise on carrots, then cheese, crab sticks, beets and repeat, coat each layer with mayonnaise. Finally, arrange the beets on top and sides of the salad. In general, the salad is ready, you can leave it like that. But I smear mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with roasted, ground walnuts (so as not to disturb the general delicate texture of the salad, I grind them "to a state of flour") and lay out crab circles along the contour sticks. You decorate to your liking.
