Ingredients: Ingredients for 5 liters of soup: dry porcini mushrooms, clean water, potatoes, carrots, onions, processed cheese, sour cream, flour, sunflower oil, sweet paprika, salt, pepper, herbs

Cooking method:

At the beginning of the preparation of the soup, pour dry mushrooms with boiling water and put them to steam for one hour.

Cut potatoes into small pieces.

Pour the potatoes into a soup bowl and cover with water. And put to cook on a low fire.

Onion cut into small pieces.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Grate melted cheese in the same way as carrots.

Pepper grind in a mortar.

Remove the mushrooms from the container where they were steamed and cut them into large pieces. At the same time, do not pour out the water in which they were steamed.

Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms in a pan for about five minutes.

Pour the fried mushrooms into a bowl with boiled potatoes.

Again, add sunflower oil to the pan, pour the onion into the same place and fry until transparent.

Add carrots, sunflower oil, mix and fry for about two minutes. Add spices, mix and leave to stew for another three minutes.

In a frying pan, move the carrots and onions to the side, pour a little sunflower oil on the exposed part and pour out the flour. Fry the flour for about one minute.

Add paprika to the flour, mix and fry the flour with paprika for less than a minute.

Mix everything together in a pan with onions and carrots. Add sunflower oil if necessary.

Pour sour cream on top of the pan, mix everything and bring to a boil.

As soon as the contents of the pan begin to boil, add the melted cheese. Stir everything together until the cheese is melted.

Then pour out the water in which the mushrooms were steamed. Mix everything and bring to a boil. Let it boil a little until it thickens slightly.

If the potatoes are cooked, pour the broth dressing from the pan into the container where the soup is being cooked and mix. The soup is ready.
