A bowl can be assembled by absolutely anyone, as long as it consists of a light-carbohydrate base, a satisfying protein filling, fiber from vegetables and healthy fats.
Ingredients: frozen squid, egg, bulgur, soy sauce, thick teriyaki sauce, cherry tomatoes, dried nori seaweed, cilantro, black sesame, olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking method:
Boil bulgur according to package instructions, add soy sauce and teriyaki, mix well, add salt to taste if necessary.
Remove the skin from the squid and cut into thin rings. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the squid rings, fry over high heat for 2 minutes, season with a little salt and pepper. Put the egg in a saucepan with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, then cool, peel and cut in half.
Cut the nori seaweed into thin short strips, separate the cilantro leaves from the stems, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Collecting a bowl. Put bulgur on one half of a deep bowl or plate, put squid rings on the other half, lay cherry tomatoes, egg and cilantro leaves on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
