#vegan #games Very tasty! The taste of mushrooms is obtained not only from the mushrooms themselves, it also extends to rice and vegetables😍. Do you like pilaf with mushrooms?
Ingredients: rice (1 tbsp = 250 ml), mushrooms (amount to taste. I have boiled frozen ones), carrots (small), onions (small), garlic, any spices (I have curry, black pepper and dried dill), any greens as desired and to taste, salt, vegetable oil, hot water
Cooking method:
Measure the rice with a glass and rinse with clean water.
In vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms under the lid until the water evaporates and until cooked.
Cut the onion and garlic into cubes, carrots into cubes. I also added sticks of parsley and dill.
When the mushrooms are ready, put them on a plate.
Put all the chopped vegetables into the same pan. You can add a little more oil or water to keep it from burning. Simmer until almost cooked under the lid.
Combine vegetables with mushrooms, spices and salt in a pan, mix everything.
Rinse the rice and add to the fry. Mix everything again.
Pour in hot water (it needs 2 times more than rice). The water covered all the vegetables, mushrooms and rice. Cover and simmer until the rice is cooked for about 15 minutes over low heat.
Let the pilaf brew for about 10 minutes and you can serve. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs if desired.
