Ingredients: egg, premium flour, medium-sized onions, garlic, large potatoes, grated cheese on a fine grater, salt and pepper, sunflower oil for frying, sour cream 15-20% for serving
Cooking method:
Grate onion on a coarse grater. Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Peel and wash potatoes. Grate on a large grater. We try to make this step faster, because the potatoes darken quickly.
Add onion and garlic. Squeeze out excess water from the mixture.
Add egg, salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite spices if you like.
Mix. Add grated hard cheese. Mix again.
We put the pan on the fire and add sunflower oil. Spread the mixture with a tablespoon, forming a round and thin shape. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer to paper towel to remove excess fat.
Serve with sour cream.
