Spaghetti with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients: Spaghetti, Chicken breast, Champignons, Vegetable oil, Tomato, Bulgarian pepper, Hot pepper, Salt, ground pepper, Seasoning for chicken, Greens

Cooking method:

Boil 1.5 liters of water. Salt, add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Dip the spaghetti into the water. Cook over medium heat until tender, according to instructions. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, put in a chopper.

Grind not very finely, not in large pieces. Put the chopped breast into a preheated pan with vegetable oil, add seasoning, salt, pepper and fry.

Wash and slice the mushrooms and add to the breast. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes until the breast is cooked.

Pepper cut into strips, tomato cube. Finely chop the greens.

Put the pepper, tomato and finely chopped hot pepper in the pan. Transfer the boiled spaghetti to the pan with the chicken and mushrooms, after draining the water. Add greens.

Heat all ingredients together, stirring until smooth. Turn off the heat and let the spaghetti stand for 1-2 minutes. Bon Appetit!
