Recently, there is absolutely no time to prepare something for myself and somehow bother over recipes. While preparing themselves according to the principle: quick, tasty and okoloPP, see Monday what will my not very thoughtful menu this week, all balances will be shown.

In the meantime, my current menu quickly.

Breakfast - eggs of three eggs, cooked in a nonstick frying pan without oil, rye bread with curd cheese (15g) and cucumber (10 g).

Here in the comments outraged recently that I eat a lot of very and three eggs - a crazy amount. People and one gorge! And I eat, literally buckets, basins, and even supposedly losing weight.

Imagine, again, I ate three eggs, and even bread and cheese!

Well, green tea, Vitaminka and omega-3 - an integral part of the breakfast.

Just for breakfast - 385 kcal.

Crazy Day or something, and you need to work and collect things for the move - head spin.

Snack at me in general was strange. Green tea and a slice of low-fat cheese - 70g -

200 kcal. Injas, not a snack, can justify itself only stress))).

For lunch cooked buckwheat, good around her not to dance, I put cooking and forgot. And quickly made to buckwheat sauce with chicken breast, tomatoes, garlic and spices. Buckwheat - 100 g and Sauce - c-about 180 300 kcal.

After lunch, an hour and a half later, I ate the apple - 110 gr - 50 kcal.

Dinner today - vegetables (tomato and cucumber - 200g) without oil and roasted chicken breast on a non-stick frying pan (no oil!), Spices (150 gr).

Total dinner turned 270 kcal.

Three hours before bedtime, I ate a jar soft cheese 120g - 95 kcal.

For the whole day I used the 1300 kcal. Drank today and the water rate.

And I shook the day that I think needs to lose weight 2 kilograms only for that day)
