Cooking method:

First, vegetables - onions, carrots, celery and garlic, peel and finely chop. We clean the sweet pepper and cut into thin strips.

We take a large saucepan or a deep saucepan, heat it well and pour vegetable oil and pour our vegetables. We immediately add spices to them - chili, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Fry everything for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

We fall asleep beans and corn from cans (drain the liquid in advance). There also finely chopped tomatoes (canned), minced meat. When frying, break the minced meat into small pieces with a spatula. You can add water to make the sauce less thick. Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and let the sauce boil. Close the pan with a lid and put on a slow fire to simmer for about an hour. Periodically stir the sauce so that it does not burn, if anything - add water.

After an hour, open the lid, let it simmer for another 10 minutes and remove from the stove. Serve hot (with rice or potatoes). Or you can eat it with bread or chips. Enjoy!
