The perfect cake for Mazurka tea

Ingredients: eggs, sugar (I have 100 g), salt, (shelled) walnuts, raisins, slaked soda, flour

Cooking method:

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. My raisins, let the water drain, put the raisins to the eggs and sugar. We grind the nuts in a coffee grinder or in a blender into powder, put the nuts to the rest of the products in a bowl. We mix. We extinguish an incomplete teaspoon of soda with vinegar, add it to the bowl with the rest of the products and then stir in a glass of flour. Mix well, the dough should be thicker than thick sour cream, but soft.

We spread it in a mold and send it to a preheated 170-180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. The cooled cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Link to video:
