How to pass your everyday life?
I have this week is very heavy. But I try not to forget about you and share with how the process of my weight loss.
Of course sad that in connection with the move, fatigue (oh, how I was tired beyond words) and the lack of sufficient water, the scales show me a kilo more than last week. I still write off the fact of the foregoing. Today, I tried to drink water, but I see that it is not out yet (seen in the swollen feet).
On the question of whether it is necessary to drink water. On my example shows that it is necessary. Before the beginning of weight loss, I did not drink the water almost dispensed tea and had the presence of persistent leg swelling (say nothing about the summer period..uzhas at all). Coming to about nutrition, starting to drink the water, and at the rate of 30 ml per kilogram of body weight, I got rid of the swelling, and all! Just forget that when I had the ever-swollen legs.
And now, when almost a week has passed in the mode of stress, fatigue and lack of normal the amount of water (did not have time and opportunity to drink as much as you want), I met again with swelling of the legs.
Of course everyone has different organisms, weighed down by a variety of sores, but for the benefit of themselves norms drunk water for a long time, I have understood. You can argue as much as necessary on this occasion. Experience shows that I definitely need pit..vodu). Tomorrow will see what will be in the balance.

Breakfast for me today after the holiday. Since yesterday we have not been able to properly mark my birthday, I decided to treat myself today in the morning - sandwich on whole wheat bread (50 g) with a creamy oil (5g), caviar (15 grams) and fish pate (30 c) with green tea. And after lunch eaten persimmon (210gr).
Just happened to breakfast 430 kcal.
I have not forgotten about Vitaminka and a capsule of omega-3.
At 11 o'clock, I had a kind of snack bar of chocolate (20g) and green tea - 110 kcal. Thank you, my husband, who pleased me chocolate, which I have not bought.
And for lunch I cutlets of chicken breast with cheese and garlic, cooked elektrogrile (190 grams), a baked potato (100 g) and a bit of tomato (50 g) - 300 kcal.

Dinner today - a light salad: tomatoes (150 g), cucumber (60g), pepper (30g), olive oil (5g) and chicken burger with cheese (160 gr) - 280 kcal.
And three hours before bedtime, I ate a can of soft cottage cheese (120 gr) - 95 kcal.
Total 1 215 kcal per day.
Today, I tried to drink the water intake and see how much swelling will go down tomorrow.
