According to this recipe, you can cook any fish - it will be great. I have a sea bass, an inexpensive, but very tasty fish with tender meat and almost no bones #games
Ingredients: Sea Bass, Leek, Small Carrot, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Cherry Tomato, Lemon Juice, Fish Seasoning, Salt
Cooking method:
Defrost the fish, cut off the caudal and lateral fins, clean from scales, rinse. Make cruciform cuts on the carcasses, rub with salt and seasoning for fish (take your favorite), pour over lemon juice and leave for half an hour.
Cut the leeks into rings, carrots and peppers into strips, mix everything in a bowl. I have frozen peppers, already chopped.
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Mix half of the garlic with vegetables. Put most of the vegetables in a baking dish, put the fish on top. Put the remaining vegetables on top of the fish. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange on top.
Preheat the oven to 200°. Cover the form with fish with foil, bake for 30-35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another five minutes. Baking times may vary depending on your oven! Bon appetit and be healthy 🌺.
