Ingredients: anniversary cookies (packaging), cottage cheese 5% (you can use soft cottage cheese then without sour cream), Sour cream, butter, sugar, milk, cocoa, raisins (I forgot to put it), Walnuts
Cooking method:
Rub softened butter with sugar. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, beat everything with a mixer.
The cream is divided into two parts. Add steamed raisins to one (which I forgot to put), cocoa to the other, and stir well.
We collect the cake. Dip each cookie in milk (just don't keep it in milk, it can fall apart).
Put the cookies on a flat dish, tightly to each other, smear one layer with cream without cocoa, where there should be raisins (I forgot to add raisins).
Spread another layer of cookies with cocoa cream.
Lay out the entire cake in alternating layers.
Spread cream on the top and sides of the cake with a spatula or knife and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
When the cream thickens, sprinkle the top and sides with chopped nuts, I cut the nuts with a knife.
And decorate as you wish.
I decorated with chocolate chips.
