Ingredients: Puff pastry;, Cream cheese "Sveża", Garlic sauce;, Pickled cucumber;, Ham;, Pork sausage;, Hard cheese "Dutch" premium 45%;, Egg (for dough lubrication);, Black ground pepper
Cooking method:
Prepare all ingredients. Puff pastry, ham, sausage, curd cream cheese, hard cheese, garlic sauce, pickled cucumbers, ground black pepper and an egg.
Defrost puff pastry, roll out and shape into pizza.
Lubricate the dough with curd cream cheese "Sveża".
Cut the ham into thin slices and place on top of the cream cheese.
Cut pickled cucumbers into thin circles and put on top of the ham. Top with garlic sauce.
Peel the sausage and cut into thin circles. Spread on top of the garlic sauce.
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and cover the pizza.
Preheat the oven to 200⁰ and bake the pizza for 10 minutes.
