Tender pancakes on semolina

Ingredients: semolina, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, flour (the amount of flour can vary, depending on the density of porridge), baking powder, I have porridge: milk, semolina, salt, sugar, cl. oils

Cooking method:

Boil porridge. Pour semolina into boiling milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. When the cereal swelled, the porridge was cooked. In the finished porridge, add salt, sugar, butter to taste, mix. Let the porridge cool down.

Next, add eggs, milk, salt, sugar to taste, mix well. Pour the flour sifted with baking powder, mix so that there are no lumps.

At the end, add vegetable oil. Fry pancakes in the usual way in a well-heated pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil. Bon Appetit! Link to video:
