- chicken wings - 1 kg
- Provencal or Italian herbs - 2 tsp. l.
- honey - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- tomato paste - 100 g
- olive (sunflower) oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Let's start by making the sauce. In a large bowl, put the tomato paste, 1 tbsp. l. honey, about 1/2 tbsp. l. salt. Pour Italian herbs here, pepper to taste with black ground pepper and add 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. We mix everything until smooth.
2. In the prepared sauce, place well-washed and dried chicken wings with paper towels. Mix everything well so that the wings are evenly covered with sauce.
Cover the bowl with the wings with cling film and leave to marinate at room temperature for about 1-2 hours.
3. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Lay the pickled wings on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top of the wings with the rest of the marinade.
4. We put the wings in the oven preheated to 220 degrees. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
