For this soup, it is desirable to have some kind of minced meat or chicken.
- I add pepper and salt to the minced meat and mix everything.
- I cut vegetables into cubes.
You can add mushrooms, such as champignons.
- On the stove, heat up a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
- I quickly fry the onion, you can also grate a clove of garlic there.
- I add carrots and fry on the same strong heat.
- When the vegetables are fried, I add the meatballs. I put them on top of the vegetables.
- I mix the meatballs with vegetables and fry until the color changes.
- I move everything aside and spread the mushrooms.
- I also shift the pan so that only one part with mushrooms heats up.
- I evaporate the liquid from the mushrooms and also move it to the meatballs.
- I spread the potatoes in the free place and also lightly fry.
I put the frying pan in its regular place and mix everything.
I add hot water and wait for the liquid to boil.
- When the soup boils, I add the bay leaf and allspice.
- I adjust the heat so that a slight seething is maintained and cook until tender. The readiness of a quick soup can be determined by the potatoes.
- When the vegetables are ready, I add the last ingredient - this is melted or cream cheese.
- Stir until the cheese dissolves, heat for half a minute and turn off the heat.
