A simple, quick and delicious lavash snack roll that will help you out on a holiday and every day. This lavash roll with capelin caviar turns out to be juicy, quite satisfying and looks great in the cut. It will decorate any festive table, becoming an excellent substitute for ordinary sandwiches.
Preparing such a snack roll is very simple and does not take long. Of course, it is advisable to let it brew in the refrigerator for about an hour or you can cook it the night before. And in the morning you will have a delicious breakfast roll or an awesome snack on the festive table.

Try this version of a fresh and easy-to-cook pita roll with capelin caviar, it's very tasty!

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread - 3 sheets (300 g)
  • capelin caviar with shrimp - 1 can (150 g)
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • fresh medium-sized cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 50 g

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Three boiled eggs three on a coarse grater.

2. Two fresh cucumbers are also three on a coarse grater. Grated cucumbers squeeze hands from the juice.

3. We fold the roll.
We put the first sheet of pita bread.
We spread the capelin caviar on it and evenly distribute it over the pita bread. I took 150 g of a mixture of capelin caviar with shrimp paste.

4. Cover with a second sheet of pita bread.
Lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise. It is most convenient to lubricate with a silicone brush.
Put the grated eggs on the pita bread. Distribute them evenly over the pita bread.

5. Cover with a third sheet of pita bread.
We do not lubricate the pita bread with anything, but immediately lay out the prepared grated cucumbers. Distribute them evenly over the pita bread.

6. We roll everything into a tight roll. We wrap the prepared roll in cling film and put it in the refrigerator to infuse for 1-2 hours. I put it in for the night.

7. We take out the finished roll from the refrigerator and cut into portions. We serve on the table.

Lavash roll with capelin caviar turned out very tasty and beautiful. It is quite satisfying, as there are eggs in the filling and juicy due to cucumbers. And capelin caviar with shrimp gives the roll a piquant and unique taste.
