I have already told how my weight loss began in May 2018 with 132.2 kg. I let into my life right food or I'm talking about - okoloPP. Even then I knew that the new me (which I dream) can only occur with a new way of life, and that was for me okoloPP.

However, just eating right does not go far. Although I started to throw off the weight, but I knew it was not for long. On proper nutrition can maintain your weight, lose weight or even gain weight. Everything depends on the correct distribution of the balance of calories and proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

And in the second month of weight loss I downloaded the app on the phone - count calories, count your calories based on weight, height, age, and physical activity, and it has established itself in a calorie deficit of 20% of the norm - optimal deficit for a comfortable weight loss without any harm to body.

Here now telling you about how to start my weight loss, everything seems so easy - take it and grow thin.

However, not everything is simple and easy to me to give as many of you, you begin to lose weight.

Naturally like familiar foods, favorite zazharistogo pork steak, fried potatoes, delicious muffins and much more from what had to be abandoned.

But the goal, and a great desire to lose weight and maintain health - my motivation, give me strength in the early stages, so as not to break. Especially, I saw that the process of losing weight is the weight goes.

At the same time, I'm not hungry, eat delicious, certainly not as tasty as usual as before, but still. Every month my weight became smaller, which inspired me, spared from disruption and hanging ice dams - sorry for the hard-won result. So, calorie counting started from the second month of my diet. As it was initially unclear and even too lazy to write to the application all the food I ate, it was difficult to understand KBZHU. Especially at that I did not have time at all scales, and measure out the portions I, as they say, to the eye.

But over time, I still had to buy a kitchen scale. And I was surprised by how much wrong in the calculation, pointing to eye weight portions. I strongly advise those who have seriously decided to count calories, do not regret the money and buy the right scales. You ll be surprised at how much more you mete out to the eye.

And now my life has become include more everyday and weighing food, counting calories and grams, menu planning for a few days in the house of the available products.

Yes tedious, takes time, you have to think in advance about what you will have to collect containers work with food. But it's all for myself!

The truth must be said that you get used to such a regime, just standing at first, to show restraint and character, not give up and get rid of your laziness.

Now I realize that all our problems are mainly out of laziness, that it prevents us to start something new. And yet, and fear of the new.
