Berry pie Kobler with strawberries and rhubarb 👇
PREPARATION FOR FILLING
- Brown sugar 40 g mixed with starch 15 g.
- I cut the rhubarb into 1.5 cm cubes.
- I pour sugar and starch into rhubarb, mix everything and leave it at room temperature.
DOUGH
- Mix flour, sugar, zest, salt and baking powder.
- I add cold butter cut into cubes and grind everything into crumbs.
- I add 120 g of natural yogurt and knead very quickly.
- The dough should come together. To evenly mix a little with your hands.
- Make a thin layer and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
ASSEMBLY
- I grease the mold with butter.
- I turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
- I cut the strawberries, mix with rhubarb and spread in a mold.
BAKERY PRODUCTS
- I take out the dough, roll it out and cut out the shapes. Alternatively, you can roll out the dough and tear off pieces with your hands. And then lay on your stuffing.
- On top you can sprinkle with almonds, powdered sugar. You can grease with sour cream or cream.
I put the cake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
Readiness is determined by the ruddy top and boiled stuffing.
Let it cool down until warm.
