New Year's chicken: from hot to appetizer

Nothing at all until the New Year, but what's hot for you? And for a snack? Maybe a chicken?

We offer you several variations on the theme of the New Year's chicken.

New Year's chicken: from hot to appetizer

Chicken Pastroma

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken fillet (breast, thighs)
1 liter of water
1 tbsp. l. salt with a pea
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
3 carnations
3 bay leaves
10 black peppercorns

For glaze:

50 gr. honey
3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tbsp. l. dry seasonings for chicken (with paprika is desirable)
1 tbsp. l. table mustard
5 cloves of garlic
2 sec. l. vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Boil water with salt, sugar, bay leaves, cloves and pepper. Condemn. Dip the prepared chicken skin into the marinade and leave for at least 12 hours. And better for a day or two in the refrigerator.

2. Prepare the icing by rubbing peeled garlic with honey and the rest of the ingredients.

3. Remove the fillets from the marinade, rinse with clean water and dry with napkins. Dip the fillet in the glaze, stir and return to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

4. Deliver the chicken in the glaze, roll it into a tight roll or bundle and tie it with thread.

5. Put the roll in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Make sure not to dry out.

Ready-made pastroma can be served hot or cold as a snack.

Grilled chicken on salt

The simplest and most favorite recipe! There is no need to trick or search for complex ingredients - just a chicken with full legs and salt. A woman is not painted with full legs, but a chicken for baking must have such legs, otherwise everything will dry out and burst.

So, wash the chicken, dry it, you can rub it with pepper or spices. Do not salt!

Pour a pack of coarse salt into a baking dish, flatten and put the chicken carcass back down on it.

Bake for about 1 hour, maybe more, at 200 degrees. The result is always great!

Stuffed breast

Ingredients:

breast
canned pineapples (mushrooms, shrimps, etc.) what do you like)
cheese (any other than processed cheese)
salt
pepper
butter

How to cook:

1. Prepare the breasts by making portioned pockets out of them. Wash, salt and pepper.

2. Make the filling from canned mushrooms, fried with onions or boiled mushrooms with cheese. You can mix pineapple slices with cheese and herbs, or shrimp with garlic and cheese. Shrimp is especially unusual, but believe me, it's delicious!

Also delicious with olives, tomatoes, stewed eggplant ...

3. Fill the pockets with fillings, fasten the edges of the chicken and grease the entire structure with melted butter.

4. The pockets can be fried or baked in the oven. Delicious are obtained both hot and cold, when cooled down as a snack.

Here is such deliciousness! And I can't imagine how to refuse chicken dishes... therefore we prepare every New Year!
