If you are tired of the usual sausages in the dough, then cook the crab sticks in the dough with the "secret". Well, very tasty! Perfect for a snack! Such crab sticks are prepared quickly, and eaten instantly! They are snatched from the table in 5 minutes.

Cooking:

This is a simple recipe without any problems, so we will not mess around with the dough, but take the finished puff right away. Any will do - yeast or yeast-free.

Roll out the defrosted dough into a thin layer and cut into strips. We make strips long, about 4 cm wide.

We prepare crab sticks - remove the plastic shell. We will also prepare our "secret" ingredient - cheese. It must be cut into small pieces. The length of a piece of cheese should be about the same as crab sticks. The thickness is approximately 0.5 cm.

Now we take a crab stick, put cheese on both sides and wrap it in dough. And so in all sticks.

We put the blanks on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, on top you can grease with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds or a mixture of dry herbs. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. The temperature is 180 degrees, the oven must be preheated in advance.

Crab sticks in puff pastry are ready! They are very tasty when hot, so immediately put them on the table and call the household.
